Your credibility is amazing, and your blog is very professional. However, I think that you should post the lesson plans for Fisher Middle School that you talked about in your resume on your blog. Posting past work, like your essay and speech, is a good idea, but it would add to your experience more if you posted teaching experiences that you have had in the past. Overall you did a good job in your presentation, and, while there is always room for improvement, any employer would be lucky to have you as a part of their staff.
Ana, You had a lot of good stuff on your blog. Everything that you talked about was relevant to your goal. Perhaps putting some of the work you did up as well as talking about it would make your credibility as powerful as your passion. It is clear that this is what you want to do with your life. It was good that you mentioned wrestling as well, because that makes you different from anyone else that may be applying for the same job as you. I heard that you are actually a very good wrestler, and well known in your hometown. Along with mentioning that you wrestle you should mention any awards and recognition that you have been given as a female wrestler. Try to work on not speeding through what you’re saying so everything that you are presenting can be clear and well heard. You had good eye contact and hand gestures. With some additions to your blog, it is definitely worth presenting at your next job interview.
